Honest answers. No sales language.

Does the price increase as we hire more staff or bring on more clients?
No. £750/month is a flat fee regardless of how many staff use the internal system or how many clients are onboarded to the client-facing environment. The cost does not move as you grow.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
No setup fee. The build is included in the ongoing monthly fee. You pay £750/month from month one and everything — discovery, build, launch, and permanent management — is covered.
What happens if we want changes after launch?
Changes, improvements, and new features are part of the managed service. If you need something updated or added, you contact us and we handle it. There is no separate development retainer and no change request fees.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We ask for a 3-month initial period to allow the infrastructure to bed in and deliver measurable results. After that it is rolling monthly. In practice, no client has ever left — because the infrastructure becomes central to how the firm operates.
What does 24/7 security monitoring actually mean in practice?
Your infrastructure is actively monitored every minute of every day. If something anomalous is detected — a failed access attempt, unusual data pattern, vulnerability — we are alerted immediately and respond within one hour. You receive a notification and a monthly security report.
How is this different from a SaaS platform or a development agency?
Agencies build and leave. SaaS tools are generic templates you configure yourself. We build bespoke infrastructure around how your firm actually works — and then manage it permanently. No handover. No new responsibility for your team. One fee, everything included.
Can we cancel?
After the initial 3-month period, yes — 30 days notice. We will ensure a clean handover of all your data and documentation. We have nothing to hide and no interest in retaining clients who are not getting value.
